!! PLEASE NOTE: Requests are only reviewed during our Admin Hours: M-TH 8-5 and FRI-8-3; Requests submitted after hours are reviewed the following business day. Should a request come in over the weekend for a Monday or Tuesday start is considered short notice and a short notice rate $25 is applied to work to rush admin services and adjust schedules. Timing is based on best availability.
We cannot accept text /email requests. All requests must be submitted through the Portal. Thank you!
Admin. Service Rates: We spend the majority of our time caring for pets and have limited time for admin. management. To help off set additional time outside of what is deemed normal admin management care, we will bill hourly for our time in Admin. Services that may include building schedules off notes, if the Portal is not used for requests, and for multiple schedule changes, cancellations and /or resending invoices.
You must have completed a Meet n' Greet, Client Agreements and/or be a current client prior to accessing the Portal.
Once registered you will receive a personal email with your Client Portal details that will give you access to start requesting care. New clients can request portal access here.
Your client portal offers a host of features:
Important Tail Wag'n Reminders: In an effort to help our scheduling process the portal will not accept bookings with one day's notice of when services are needed. If you need assistance in booking please call us and we'll schedule with our best availability.
To help ensure our availability for your pet(s) who need regular weekday care all requests need to be submitted by Thursday of the prior week following your service start date. You may also book ahead for multiple weeks so we can be sure you're set on our schedule for care!
As we receive many requests daily we will confirm care at our earliest opportunity. Once your request is confirmed we'll email your confirmation followed by an invoice to get your pet family set up and ready to go!

Billing: Payments are due 7 days prior to non peak times of the year and 30 days prior to all Holidays and school breaks: Spring and Fall Breaks. (Spring 3rd week in March; Fall 3rd week in Oct.) We are heavily scheduled prior to and following all holidays/school breaks. For your convenience, credit/debit card payments may be made via the Client Portal link or Zelle. (We do NOT accept PayPal, Venmo or Checks.)
Payments are due 7 days prior to the start of services for non peak times of the year and 30 days prior to all scheduled/listed Holidays and School Breaks. We follow DCSD.
Late fee: Late payments will incur a late fee rate of $35.
Service charge: Applies for use of all credit/debit cards via Stripe and is listed on each Pet Care Service Invoice for all credit/debit card transactions.
We also accept payment by Zelle/Chase Direct which do not have added service fees.
All short notice service is worked in with our best time available. Online pre-payment is required for short notice service requests - no exceptions.
